Former Go2Net CEO Aims to Go Public Again
Marchex, Inc., a holding company controlled by former Go2Net CEO Russell Horowitz, has filed for an initial public offering, aiming to raise up to $35 million, reports the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
Also this week, Provo, Utah-based pay-per-click keyword advertising service ah-ha, now wholly owned by Marchex, announced that it has changed its name to Enhance Interactive.
Few details about either company are being disclosed in the lead-up to the IPO.
